Our two precious border collies arrived on Thanksgiving which meant they had to stay over in the kennels. We received an introductory email from Caterina ensuring us that Benji and Skye will be in her good hands during their stay at PetLimo, and thàt removed some of the anticipation and anxiety to welcome our pets in the States. The following day we received regular updates on the process and the best news was that they were completely released by the CDC, and we can collect them. The warm welcome at Petlimo made me realise this is not just a business, it was also home to our precious babies while the process needed to play out. We would like to thank èvery person who was involved with Skye and Benji during their stay at PetLimo for their love and care. This whole process of flying our pets was stressful, and to have such a successful and joyful ending to their journey is just incredible. We thank you all, from A to Z Pet Brokers to CDC to Petlimo. We had Lukas's treatment at Petlimo, and the care, the space, and the place were all excellent! We were able to leave the same day thanks to the help and assistance provided by the staff. The veterinarian was very good and even gave us a gift!

I absolutely loved Pet Limo Animal Service! From start to finish, they were professional, kind, and always kept me informed. They guided me every step of the way, constantly sending updates and photos so I never felt far from my pet. They even gifted me a beautiful keepsake of my service dog, which meant so much to me. I flew my dog here to the US and had to use pet limo because they are the only ones CDC approved for quarantine in Miami. I highly recommend if you're bringing your dog to the US from another country, you use a different Port of entry so that way you don't have to do it with these people. My dog was quarantined for 28 days. Below are the before and after pictures. She went from weighing 48 lb to 33 lb. We even provided them with food, and the amount they returned to us was much less than expected. How do you explain her losing so much weight and becoming so thin when she was according to them "eating fine" and it seems like they over fed her with how little food was returned? In addition, she has very sensitive skin and we provided them with a shampoo for her to use. We got her back full of dandruff and rashes and they gave us back the shampoo with barely any used. I understand this is a large boarding facility and it's not going to be a perfect experience, but you could do the bare minimum and feed and bathe my dog? Not only this, but they were incredibly difficult to get in touch with. They even blocked my wife for asking for pictures of our dog. Overall you're better off trying to fly into a different airport because these people are not worth dealing with. For the sake of your dog's health and your sanity.

I'm very happy to have worked with Pet Limo. They helped me import my dog, Mailo. Communication was excellent. I was always in contact with Caterina; she's a great person. She helped me throughout the entire process. She made sure everything was in order. And she made sure my dog ​​felt calm. He looked super happy in the photos during his short stay with them. If you are bringing your dog into the US, try a different airport!!! This is the only CDC approved service for Miami. My dog had to stay with them for a 28 day quarantine, but when my husband and I picked her up, she had lost a significant amount of weight. She went from being lean to her back and hips protruding out 😢. We had dropped her off with more than a months worth of food. Thus I fail to see how she could have lost so much weight, especially when they gave us very little food back with her. In addition, she has very sensitive skin and a shampoo was provided to pet limo to be used when bathing her. She is completely covered in dandruff and dry skin, along with bald spots and what looks like a bite of some kind. They returned the provided shampoo almost completely full. Lastly, she is much more scared and defensive of people than she was when dropped off. She was very friendly and would go up to anyone to say hi, but upon receiving her she has growled and barked at anyone whom is not my husband or I. As a personal note I would like add that for the amount of animals and traffic of customer service they have on a very cloister place they have very little amount of people. On the photos you can see how my dog looked like 2 days before we gave her to them and the two photos are her now and that’s why we were so concerned. Please seriously consider never leaving your dog here or use other service.

It was a great experience! Pet Limo team is awesome and took good care about our little Caramelo, when first time he travel abroad and needed to comply with local healthcare procedure!

Goofy received a lot of attention and was not sad without his parents. When he left Pet Limo, he received all the necessary documents and gifts.
