I cannot say enough good things about Pet Dental USA in Scottsdale and their incredible staff. My cat, Brutus, had 11 teeth extracted on the 30th, and while dental care is stressful enough, Brutus also has elevated liver values, which increases the risks with anesthesia. Because of that, I was very cautious and did a lot of research before moving forward. From the very first consultation, their team put me completely at ease. Their expertise, communication, and compassion were outstanding. They took the time to explain the process, addressed every concern I had, and made it clear that Brutus was in very capable hands. It was immediately obvious that dental care is what they specialize in and that focus made all the difference. What truly stood out was their dedication after the procedure. Even though his surgery was right before a holiday and the office was technically closed, they were still checking emails in case there were any concerns. That level of care and commitment is rare and meant the world to me. A week later, Brutus is comfortable, healing well, and finally acting like himself again which tells me everything I need to know. If you have a pet that needs dental care, especially a senior pet or one with additional health concerns, I highly recommend Pet Dental USA. The staff is exceptional, and the care they provide is truly top-notch.

To date I'm extremely happy with all aspects of my experience with the staff. I like that they do an extensive free consult on your pet's needs both with the tech and the VET. I was especially happy that the Vet understood the special needs of my dog since he is diabetic and blind. They provided me with a very detailed estimate with a low to a high range of costs based on extractions and other needs that could potentially come up during surgery. Their cost was substantially lower than my regular Vet. When I had questions, the front office personnel were always quick to understand my need and to get back to me in a very timely manner. On the day of the teeth cleaning and oral surgery, they provided me with a very detailed list of what I could expect throughout the process. The Vet called me twice during the procedure to give me updated information on the surgery. When I came to pick up my dog, the tech went over in detail the discharge instructions, answered the questions I had and provided me with special food in case my dog didn't want to eat their normal food along with the antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drug. The packages of syringes had instructions clearly marked on the labels which were easy to understand. Today the office called to check on my dog, went over instructions on what to do since they were closed on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday. They schedule follow up appointment and surgery part 2. I can't speak highly enough of Pet Dental USA and Dr. Cassidy; Amy and Susan were great also. I can't remember the name of the techs.

We had a wonderful experience at Pet Dental. Our vet found a broken molar at Lilly's annual exam. I had heard of Pet Dental through a local social network group and decided to trust the great reviews. We were impressed with the friendly, caring and efficient staff at our initial consultation. The appointment for cleaning, x-rays, and extraction went smoothly and I was so grateful to receive constant updates on her procedure. She is home and recovering well thanks to the entire staff. I would recommend their services 100%.

I cannot stay enough. Great things about pet dental USA! My Dogs, Roxie,and Sammie, had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire process was so easy and stress – free. I was able to ask all of my questions, and the team was prompt, personable, and genuinely caring. The Dr was especially reassuring when explaining how they use as little anesthesia as possible, while still keeping the procedure safe and effective. That gave me so much piece of mind. This is truly a low cost dental office that delivers five – star Service. Thank you for making it possible for me to have both of my dogs teeth cleaned for less than what I paid for one at their last dental visit elsewhere. I am so happy with the care. The estimate for my dogs per peripheral osteogenic fibroma removal… Teeth cleaning and other possible extractions was $900 to $1900. I was recommended to this location by a friend when I got an estimate from another dental specialist for $3600 for the same exact procedure. My final cost was. $841. They took really great care of my dog. The doctor called me with the plan after she examined him. They sent him home with pain, meds, and mouthwash… Now he’s doing fine.

Love the team at Pet Dental Scottsdale! They are very kind and great with the dogs. Efficient and professional. Keep pet owners well informed on what to expect and how their pets are doing if they are in for a cleaning or treatment. We visited today for free dental exams in our Halloween costumes and got lots of attention and treats!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Cassidy is so kind and always does a great job for all of our dogs. And Susan in the office is so wonderful and always willing to answer my questions. They have all been so patient with us because we have an older dog that we were hesitant to have under anesthesia. I appreciate everything so much! We live on the other side of town, but they are worth the drive!

I recently took my cat to Pet Dental to get her examined and Dr. Winslow and her team took excellent care of her! They were very efficient and respectful, making sure I was very involved and knew what was going on throughout surgery day! I recommend Pet Dental to anyone looking for their pet to get dental work done!

Look no further. My dog Tanner is picture perfect health, BUT he is 9 years old. Having your dogs teeth professionally cleaned is paramount to their longevity. Dogs also get those fatty lumps as they get older. Not only is USA Pet Dental spotless, they are always on time, friendly, caring, fair prices and the BEST at what they do. They keep you in the loop when your pet is under for updates, treatment options— not pushy but very informative. They are the experts in Dental and lump removal for dogs. I cannot thank this team enough. Tanner has been in for two teeth cleanings now and lump removals and they even CAUGHT a third lump that I didn’t feel and removed it today. I cannot say enough positive things about their Doctors and staff.
