I was searching on the internet for a local company to advise on a potential problem. I found pest-techs after looking at their great reviews. I contacted them and after speaking with Derek he came to take a look the same morning. Heard a noise in our loft early one morning so rang Pest-Techs to ask if someone could come and take a look as we were worried a bird or rodent might have got up there. Derek arrived approx one hour after the initial phone call, carried out a thorough inspection of the loft and exterior of the house and quickly diagnosed the problem (which, thankfully, was just birds having a go at some moss in the guttering!). Really impressed with the quick response and Derek was friendly, helpful and obviously knew what he was talking about. 10/10, would use again and recommend to others.

We as a business use Derek on a regular basis for Preventative actions, hes thorough, discreet and extremely knowledgeable. Very well priced for us with his Contract, explains everything and wants to work with you for the betterment your needs - doesnt push things you dont need. Woodworm was discovered in the loft space. Contacted Pest Tech in Scarborough and Derek and Peter were here within the hour to do a free inspection. Explained the problem and made appointment to come and sort it. Extremely pleasant guys, helpful, nothing too much trouble, job done professionally, quickly and a minimum of disruption. Ultra fast coming out, great knowledge, and managed to find out they were honey bees, so decided to leave them! Very friendly and efficient service from Derek!!
