Had Gareth come out to do an assessment and identified the issue straight away (issue coming from neighbouring properties)… a plan was discussed regarding best course of action, this was agreed so process was started straight away, within 2 days the problem had seemed to be resolved and have not heard anything since. The following week Sion came around to block up any entry points with metal mesh sheets as a future proof precaution and showed me pictures of work carried out. Very professional from start to finish, can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend to others with any similar issues.

We contacted Steve as we had an issue with rodents in our loft space. After a quick phone call he came out the next day and after a thorough inspection of the exterior he quickly found the source to the issue. After blocking up the issue in an outdoor drain, Steve then placed traps and baited the loft. He assured me he would be back out next week and that he would continue to visit until the issue was resolved. However, Steve’s expertise meant that the issue was resolved after the first visit. He still came back out to us as promised to make sure there wasn’t a reoccurrence. Massive thanks to Steve for sorting out the issue. We’ve finally got peace of mind that they’re gone and can relax again in our home. Lovely guy and extremely reassuring and helpful! Thanks again Steve ! Very reasonable price also. Sion provided a very thorough and professional service. He explained each step of the process to deal with a squirrel in the loft, and once it had gone he made a repair to the access point to deter further activity. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Had a pigeon problem around 10-11m high with terrible access and the perfect storm for pigeons to roost. Called Pest & Property out, the guys came with a triple ladder, couple hours work spiking the drains and gutters. Very pleased and nice guys to deal with, cheers Gareth and Steve, hopefully won’t require another call out but would recommend in future!
