Had a pigeon problem around 10-11m high with terrible access and the perfect storm for pigeons to roost. Called Pest & Property out, the guys came with a triple ladder, couple hours work spiking the drains and gutters.
Very pleased and nice guys to deal with, cheers Gareth and Steve, hopefully won’t require another call out but would recommend in future!

Contacted Gareth regarding issues with pigeons under our solar panels. He was there within a day to carry out the works quoted and was polite and helpful throughout. Would definitely use again!
