Sohail was absolutely brilliant! Reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable & efficient! Speedy service, amazing communication, he made time to help with short notice as our wasp problem was beginning to be a big issue. He came within the hour after I called him, done a few sessions of the treatment so now we have one problem less, the wasps will be completly gone in days. We are very disappointed with the outcome of the wasp treatment provided by Pest Dominion. Sohail informed us there was likely a wasp nest but was unable to locate it. At one point, he even suggested that we have a builder break part of our house extension to investigate further. Despite this uncertainty, he carried out three identical treatments in the same area over a couple of months, none of which resolved the issue. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing the same problem, and it feels like we paid for a service that delivered no results. As the saying goes, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results — and that perfectly sums up our experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had a rodent appear in my house out of nowhere. After several failed attempts to catch it myself, I contacted Pest Dominion and spoke to Sohail. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of my urgent situation. Sohail arranged to visit our home the very next day, inspected the property thoroughly, gave us clear advice, and set up bait. Amazingly, the rodent was caught the same day! He did an amazing job getting rid of a rat that wandered into our kitchen. He explained in detail how to prevent them from coming back. He set three traps, and within four hours, the rat was caught. I'm happy that I can finally use my kitchen again. RAT in the kitchen is awful situation. He helped it way quicker than I thought

Sohail was very polite, and I was impressed by his knowledge and the helpful tips he provided. He was very prompt and found the remedy and treatment I needed to remove ants.

I contacted Pest Dominion Ltd when we had concerns about a possible rat/mouse in our loft ceiling/walls. Sohail was easy to get a hold of, explained what service they offer and how much it would all cost. Upon the visit, he spent a good hour doing a thorough inspection of the property inside and out and also gave us advice on another issue we were having with pigeons. He made use of technology such as his drone to check the roof/chimneys and inserted a camera where the spotlights would go and saw where the rodent had left droppings and debris everywhere. Sohail returned 2 weeks later on the date/time that we agreed and the rodent was no longer an issue after treatment. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Sohail was very professional, knows his stuff and someone I would highly recommend.
