This is a brilliant firm for dealing with mice or any pest infestations. As a single female, discovering that I had mice was absolutely terrifying. I contacted RAF Serv, and after speaking with them, they arranged to attend at 9am the very next day. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate me. The technician thoroughly assessed my flat and identified several large holes, explaining that I had an infestation that would not resolve unless it was properly treated and the entry points were sealed. The property was treated, and once the treatment was complete, he returned to check and confirmed that the mice appeared to be gone. He then carried out proofing work, and I can honestly say it was done to a very high standard. The holes were securely sealed using wire wool, filler, and metal mesh to ensure they were properly reinforced. Two weeks later, he returned again to carry out a follow-up inspection. Fast forward seven months, I noticed my neighbour had pest control work done, so for peace of mind I asked RAF Serv to check that nothing was attempting to get back into my flat. They came out the very next day. RAF Serv are - EXCELLENT from start to finish, from the initial response on my first call and how that was handled, flexibility in accommodating an emergency call out after 7:30pm and to how thorough they were when the came over! They took their time and offered valuable advice. To add to that they are VERY competitive on price unlike some of the extortionate quite got. They exceeded my expectations all round.
