Pest Arrest is great. Everyone is friendly and communicative and it’s easy to schedule appointments with them. I was able to get an appointment quickly to have my house looked at after some yellow jackets made it inside. The technician who came, AJ, was friendly and helpful. What I really appreciated is his honesty. He told me that an expensive treatment wasn’t needed, at least not at this time, and that I was likely experiencing a one-off issue. He advised me about things to look for, and explained to me the scenarios for which I’d need to call them back out. This honesty and integrity is so valuable, and I will definitely be going to them if I have future issues.

AJ was great! He came out the day after I called, inspected our property, and gave us an estimate on the spot. We were able to get on his schedule for treatment within a few days. He's knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend Pest Arrest.

We called Pest Arrest Lakewood office to address an intermittent pavement ant problem. We wanted a local firm instead of a national company because we wanted true local service. Worked out great. My wife and I agreed that AJ was the best service contractor to visit the house ever. AJ was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant.
