We have been going to Kyle for the last few months and I have seen a number of clear benefits. My strength has definitely increased and my body has noticeably changed. Most importantly, I’ve noticed a positive change to my mental health.
Also, I would not work out the way we do with Kyle without his coaching, I have learnt so much. I recommend his professional coaching style, whilst helping you feel relaxed in his company and have some laughs along the way. Finally his gym/equipment set-up is top notch!
