As a Very hesitant work out beginner, Kyle immediately identified my weakest areas, and gave me great advice on how to do morning stretchy stuff at home too.... he even let me bring my pesky Nephew along & showed him the ropes... highly recommend

Kyle is a brilliant personal trainer, he instantly puts you at ease and is motivational from the beginning. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and informative during training explaining the benefit of each exercise in obtaining your desired results. I would definitely recommend Kyle to anybody looking to get into fitness and make a change for the better!

Kyle is a fantastic coach and for this reason, both myself and my husband followed him from a previous gym. He is particularly good at designing programmes based on your level of ability incorporating strength, power and mobility. He is energetic and encouraging and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend him enough for all levels and abilities.

My husband and I have been going to Kyle for a few weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed our PT sessions! My husband has a disability and it’s amazing for his progress and I get fit too. Kyle is so nice and so tuned in. He pushes you but in a nice way. It’s the highlight of our week. I’d really recommend Personal Training Limerick, thank you Kyle.

If Carlsberg did personal training… Kyle is extremely professional and attentive to your individual goals and needs. I’ve never been one for going to the gym but I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my sessions with Kyle. His knowledge is second to none and his enthusiasm and encouragement is exceptional. Both my physical and mental health have improved dramatically since starting a few months ago. Highly recommended!

Kyle is an excellent personal trainer.He is hugely knowledgeable and the training is really tailored for what you want to achieve.Kyle is very patient and explains really well what benefit each exercise is giving. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone.

I go to Kyle twice a week for strengthening and conditioning. I'm thoroughly enjoying the classes. I am really beginning to notice an improvement in my fitness level. He is an excellent PT. I would highly recommend.

Kyle is an amazing PT. He’s so nice and patient. I started a few months ago and feeling so much stronger already. I told him what I wanted to focus on and he has tailor made each session to target those areas. Would highly recommend booking a class with Kyle. 💪

We have been going to Kyle for the last few months and I have seen a number of clear benefits. My strength has definitely increased and my body has noticeably changed. Most importantly, I’ve noticed a positive change to my mental health. Also, I would not work out the way we do with Kyle without his coaching, I have learnt so much. I recommend his professional coaching style, whilst helping you feel relaxed in his company and have some laughs along the way. Finally his gym/equipment set-up is top notch! I love that I’ve made this investment in myself, it is definitely worth it! .

Went to Kyle with very little experience and have to say it was a great decision. Kyle is very friendly, patient and also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to start with a personal trainer regardless of your experience.
