Lauren is an amazing trainer. She knows exactly when to push me and when to hold back! I feel my fitness has improved enormously in the six months that I’ve been training with her. Her sessions are always fun and really engaging and unlike with other trainers I look forward to the sessions!

I had the absolute pleasure of training with Lauren as my personal trainer, and I can't recommend her enough. Amazing personal training by Lauren. Totally bespoke sessions which are always fun. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. I’m really enjoying training with Lauren! Her patience, enthusiasm and fun, positive attitude really helps to keep me motivated and focused. I’ve been training with Lauren for the past three years, focusing on resistance training three times a week, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her expertise is second to none she brings a deep understanding of both strength and athletic performance, and always tailors each session to suit how I’m feeling that day. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing me and prioritising care. As a keen sprinter, Lauren has played a crucial role in improving my speed and overall performance. Her targeted stretching routines have been especially valuable in supporting my recovery after track sessions — they’ve made a huge difference. Lauren is not only an outstanding trainer but also brings great energy to every session. They’re always varied, challenging, and fun and she knows exactly how to keep me motivated. Having trained with other trainers in the past, I can easily say that Lauren is the best of the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of fitness. She trained me before and during my whole pregnancy, and was able to write plans for me to suit my needs when I trained at the gym alone. She is super dedicated and always answers questions I have about form etc. On top of all of this she’s just a wonderful person, we always have great chats and she’s super kind. Cannot recommend her enough !

I have been training with Lauren since the beginning of 2021 and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Lauren is incredible at tailoring lessons that will achieve desired goals, whether it is functional strength training or core strengthening for example, whilst taking in to account any physical limitations, so that I feel completely safe and taken care of in our sessions. In addition, she is warm and friendly whilst keeping the highest level of professionalism. I have enjoyed every session we have had and could not imagine training with anyone else.

I have been training with Lauren for 1 year, and the experience has been exceptional. She understands my goals and fitness level taking into account any limitations I have. Every session is well-structured, challenging and keeps me motivated. Lauren is very professional and knowledgeable, I can't recommend her highly enough.
