Great provider. We love NP Bledsoe. The hours on Google are wrong. These are the hours posted on their door as of today.

I started going here a couple years ago, I needed PCP, a friend referred me to Pamela Bledso, mind you, she’s great. This is about Thomes Parisi, who at first was also great, very knowledgeable, good bedside manner, funny. But….I needed my prescription refills for my Blood Pressure meds to be authorized, nothing ever happened, so I called the office, at this point I’ve gone 2 days without my meds. The person who answered told me she would give a message to Anthony, and he would call me back. And he did but Parisi was not there so I had to wait 1 more day! So the next day still nothing, scripts still waiting authorization, the pharmacy gave me a four day emergency supply. I was grateful for that. So I call the office again to see why nothing is being done? After going back and forth with someone I come to find out I have to make an appointment to have my meds refilled. And no one had thought of notifying me of the situation! I had an appointment already scheduled for May 11th. Usually a doctor will approve refills if you scheduled an appointment. Before or after, either way, they’re Blood Pressure meds! It would have been a whole month. I could have a Stroke by then. So I called the office and canceled my upcoming appointment. I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude the whole office staff is. I won’t be going back, unfortunately. And I went to quick care, for a new prescription.

Dr. Parisi is absolutely the kindest, most caring surgeon I have ever had. He is up to date with any and all technology, not afraid to try new things if it could be beneficial to the patient. He treats your postop pain so you are as comfortable as you can be while you heal. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes extra for an appt. I have always seen him rather than his PA like so many other surgeons do now. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Dr. Parisi as my new Primary Care Doctor. I have had a great experience with him and his staff. He also has treated my legs for vein issues. After four treatments my legs are no longer swelling or painful and I have more energy. and stamina. Dr Parisi is a great doctor - I have given him the nickname "Our Lord of the Veins." Both he and Pam as well as the rest of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and very courteous.

I started coming to Dr. Parisi for vein therapy recently. I love the staff, they all have been so fantastic. They call back faster than any other doctors office if I have to leave a message. Dr. Parisi is the first doctor to overlook my age and listen to what I had to say with the problems I have been having. There is no age limit for things and most doctors forget that, Dr. Parisi is a breath of fresh air that this valley needed. His methods for vein therapy , etc have changed my life so much already and we are just getting started. No more pain, spasms or pressure. I highly recommend Dr. Parisi for vein therapy, you will not be disappointed and if the results don't come out the way you want, then you didn't follow his directions.. Just saying!

I don’t even know where to begin with this nightmare of a doctors office. Firstly, I work for a dr and know how an office should be ran. The lady who answered the phone either Gwen or another lady was EXTREMELY RUDE, no bedside manners what so ever and she’s lacking major phone etiquette (seems like these people enjoy hanging up on people). This woman placed me on hold for almost 20 minutes while she was assisting another patient in office. She then proceeded to tell me she told one of the workers to set up my appointment (which that was a lie). I waited on hold for almost 20 minutes to be told there’s nothing available until July 18th. This office is by far THE WORSE IVE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH! I really don’t even know where to begin.. I called last week to make an appt as a new patient. Dr. Parisi is my PCP (haven’t seen him yet). I had an MRI recently that showed a 12mm lesion in the base of my skull. I was advised to call and make an appt with my PCP who happens to be Dr. Parisi, so we can rule out 2 types of cancer (need a CT SCAN AND FEW OTHER TEST). I’m 27 years old, with a possible rare form of cancer. I called back the next day and was actually able to get an appt. they scheduled me for June 27th. (Way sooner than the first date given) so of course that Made up for the horrible experience I had the 1st day I called. My mom had booked her flight to come out here to go with me to this appointment. We got a phone call yesterday from Dr. Parisi’s office stating they were cancelling and refusing to see me!!!!!!!!!! First they said they were cancelling and refusing to see me as a patient because recently I was in a car accident. ( I have an Attourney and doctors I am seeing for this). I was sent for an MRI for problems relating to the car accident, that’s when I was told there was a 12mm lesion at the Base of my skull ( NOT RELATED TO THE CAR ACCIDENT) and was advised to see my PCP as they can’t proceed with the medical part for the lesion. Lesions don’t happen because of a car accident. Any knowledgeable Person let alone a Dr would know that cancer doesn’t happen because of a car accident. So fast forward back to the phone call yesterday. The lady informed me they were refusing treatment because of that. When I informed her that the lesion wasn’t from the accident she placed me on hold. Came back and said the dr is refusing to see me as they don’t take Attourney liens. Again I had to explain this was not caused From the accident. I was placed on another hold and was told they won’t see me unless I pay $150. For 1 I have no copay, and my insurance covers all cost. So why would you tell me I would need to pay $150 to see Dr.Parisi? Next I was told once we pay the $150 if he decides to take me as a patient they will refund the money?! I mean seriously!? That’s not how a Respectable and professional doctors office is ran! After being placed on hold 5 times (seems as if she was going back and forth with someone) I was told Dr. Parisi is refusing to see me because I was rude!? I mean seriously which one is it? Of course any human being would be upset at this point when your playing with their lively hood but I remained respectful ( they can play back all our calls) I just wanted to get established with my PCP and take the necessary steps for treatment. Now this has caused me more stress and it’s prolonging my care since now I need to search for a new Dr. can you imagine how scared I am already? Now this has caused me great stress. This dr and office staff should be ashamed of how they handle things! I have never experienced anything close to how horrible this experience was! This dr and office need to be shut down. His staff is very unprofessional, rude and not knowledgeable at all! I mean seriously who hangs up on patients and future patients? I will be taking the steps necessary to report This office and Dr.Parisi as this has put a delay in my treatment. Shame on all of you at this office including Dr.Parisi!!!!!!!

I was sent to the TOP board-certified Vein Specialist to diagnosis & treat a probable damaged vein in my Right lower leg. For someone with the long & distinguished list of accomplishments & accolades of Dr. Thomas Parisi, he was unexpectedly warm & friendly & absolutely down to earth. I like his way of explaining what he is seeing as he examined my leg. Then after a diagnostic test, that was administered in his office, confirmed his initial diagnosis, he explained what procedure he could do to fix it. I said “let’s do it.” & an appointment was set up. The pre-procedure Instructions hand-out sheet was printed in large type — and was given to me only after each & every instruction was made perfectly clear by the office manager. I liked that, too. Too many times the instructions are rushed through or no one takes the time to clarify them at all. Arrival. Change into gown unless you wore shorts. Once settled into the surgical procedure room the assistant is all about your comfort:— a sedative if you wish, your pre-chosen tunes playing, blanket, extra pillow/or none at all, updates on ETA, want to chat or have quietness… Dr.Parisi permitted my husband to watch the procedure & listen to the step by step explanation of what was occurring. He answered all questions in great depth when requested & in layman’s terms at that. The procedure was an instant success. No more blood leakage to my leg. No more pain or unbearable itching. OK, problem fixed. But Dr. Parisi didn’t stop there, as many doctors in my past experiences, had. No—Dr. Parisi addressed the large redish-black stain left by a year of blood leakage from the damaged vein. And made a plan to restore moisture to areas of my legs, arms & face that were in jeopardy of serious complications. Dr . Parisi takes a holistic approach with his patients who wish to go down that path. Not everyone does, and he doesn’t push. In fact he doesn’t bring it up a 2nd time. You need to tell him that you’re ready if you want to. It took me almost a year to tell him I’m definitely ready to find & fix the roots to my medical problems. I’m on the right path now. THANK YOU DR. PARISI. You absolutely are the best doctor I’ve ever had. Jo Fetz

Dr.Parisi, is a phenomenal doctor! He is a “No Bullsh*t, tell it like it is.” Kind of doctor. Don’t get me wrong he does all this with class, as a physician should. He’s just not one to waste your time sugarcoating the truth. It’s straight to the point. However, his bedside manner is everything you would and should want from a physician!! Plus, if you don’t understand something and ask him to break that down even more he will. He’s there for YOU, the PATIENT! I could only wish we had more doctors like him in Las Vegas.

I’ve had a referral sent to this office and after the call I received from my referring doctor’s office today it left a bad taste in my mouth. After reading the replies to reviews on here I really don’t want to ever go here. My referring doctor’s office informed me they received a call from the office stating Parisi office had supposedly tried contacting me for an appointment. Well that’s a lie. I have the proof of that as I have 1 number only. Not a single call has been made to me or message from their office. Not hard to check my logs to prove that either. On top of that their office informed my referring doctor for me to see them I must change to them as my primary care doctor for a temporary amount of time due to insurance. Ummm what?!? Why would I change my primary care doctor at any point and time and loose all my speciality doctors then too just to see about vein treatment for a “temporary amount of time”? Veins are not temporary. They aren’t a possible fix now and totally cured either mostly when you have other factors that play into why something is wrong with them. That is something that has to be monitored for years. I’m not going to loose my speciality doctors that are all under the same practice as my current primary for someone who thinks something is temporary and lies about calling me. Now even more so about nasty responding back to patients. Dropping patients because they give you a 1 star AFTER obviously you dropped them? Shaming people who have the wrong number. Way to be an adult and sign your name on it.
