I started going here a couple years ago, I needed PCP, a friend referred me to Pamela Bledso, mind you, she’s great. This is about Thomes Parisi, who at first was also great, very knowledgeable, good bedside manner, funny. But….I needed my prescription refills for my Blood Pressure meds to be authorized, nothing ever happened, so I called the office, at this point I’ve gone 2 days without my meds. The person who answered told me she would give a message to Anthony, and he would call me back. And he did but Parisi was not there so I had to wait 1 more day! So the next day still nothing, scripts still waiting authorization, the pharmacy gave me a four day emergency supply. I was grateful for that. So I call the office again to see why nothing is being done? After going back and forth with someone I come to find out I have to make an appointment to have my meds refilled. And no one had thought of notifying me of the situation! I had an appointment already scheduled for May 11th. Usually a doctor will approve refills if you scheduled an appointment. Before or after, either way, they’re Blood Pressure meds! It would have been a whole month. I could have a Stroke by then. So I called the office and canceled my upcoming appointment. I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude the whole office staff is. I won’t be going back, unfortunately. And I went to quick care, for a new prescription.
