Please use the patient portal, emails, or call the provider in the evenings if your needs are not addressed in 72 hours. This is, and has been, our office policy for many years. If you choose to call, you request will take more than 72 hours as it need to relayed to the individual who takes care of that issue. Hopefully this clears up some confusion in the future. If you need new logins/portal entry, you will need to call to get the online resources working.
