We want to let you know that Practice Fusion, the nationwide Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system we use, is currently experiencing a system-wide outage.
Because of this unexpected downtime, we are unable to access patient charts, process medication refills, or review lab results at this time. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this can be, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while this issue is being resolved.
Please know that this outage is not within our control, as it involves Practice Fusion's national infrastructure. While these outages are usually resolved by the end of the day, we don’t have an exact timeline for when full access will be restored.
