Samar is a knowledgeable and supportive trainer. He is a professional, focused, helpful, and friendly trainer. Samar Sir was my personal fitness trainer for 2 months and I could not have asked for a better guide. He monitored my progress constantly and provided apt recommendations be it the exercise or diet plan. His style of training is calm, empathetic and motivational. Samar is very hardworking, dedicated and a perfect amalgamation of disciplined and motivating. He’s very punctual and finds new ways to keep us engaged in the work out. I have been doing personal training with Samar , for almost 2 months. It’s been a great experience. I find myself getting stronger and more toned every week. They change the work out regularly challenging the body to be pushed further. They curate workouts to your specific needs. I would recommend for anyone who wants to get fitter and doesn’t have time or motivation for a traditional gym

Samar is a superb trainer. He understands the needs of the trainee very well and creates modules accordingly. He has great knowledge of not only muscular and non muscular training but also has a superb knowledge of diet patterns and diet plans. I have got superb results training under him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍
