Homes available in a certain area? How about price per square foot? Comparable sales? Bedroom on the first floor? School districts? No matter what I asked she had immediate answers. One house we considered had a basement. During a weekend downpour she went over and walked down into the basement and made sure it was dry. She genuinely cares about her clients. The seller for my final choices had some surprise issues with title.
