The sales team was great. Quick and easy experience. I told the salesperson what i needed, he walked me through all of the options, made recommendations for my application and need, and quickly wrapped up the transaction in short order. Picked up a new implement for my tractor and they even loaded it up for me. Good experience overall

I bought a used B21 from these guys and I’ll tell you now they are the best !!! They stand by their word and quick to deal with any issue you may have. I would not go any where else but here for anything Kubota.

I took my zero turn there for a carburetor and I picked it up 5 weeks later to find nothing was done. Was told that they cleaned it and I needed a new deck. But nothing was wrong with the deck. I took the carburetor of at home and it was full of junk and trash because it was never removed in the first place.

There's quite a few tractor dealers in the area. I personally have dealt with most of them. I purchased a new JD from a nearby dealer. After purchasing it, I soon realized that I had a new tractor that was too small to do what I needed. I called JD and explained that I needed a larger tractor. I was told that they would call me back. I tried several more times but no one called back. I contacted Bentley at Perrin Tractor in Tifton. Two days later, I had a new Kabota tractor and that was two years ago. Since then, I have purchased another tractor from them. Any time I had a question, Bentley would call me back. He even came to my house to help me. He wouldn't let me pay him for his time. This was not an isolated incident. He backs up what he sells. Perrin tractor has bent over backwards to help me with anything that I needed. I am in the process of buying a cab tractor because of health issues. Chuck , one of the owners, has been very supportive and is genuinely concerned about my health. He and Bentley are not only good businessmen but good people that care. If you are serious about buying a new tractor, go see Perrin tractor in Tifton Georgia. You will be glad you did. I wouldn't take the time to post if I didn't mean what I wrote. Steve Update: Perrin came through once again. Just received my new L3560 limited edition. As always Bentley came through once again. Got me the extremely hard to find L3560 with the cab. Received it today. One word: AMAZING! They simply are the best dealership in the business. Thank you Perrin!! Special thanks to Bentley!! Chuck too!!

Called to see if they had the ZG327 and spoke to one of the sales agents, and my husband was talking to my son in Spanish. The man interrupted me and said that if we were here on a work visa, they could not approve us for a loan. I immediately told him that we were U.S. citizens and that my husband owns a landscape business in Marianna, FL, that we already have 3 mowers, and 1 mower was financed at the Marianna dealer 3 years ago. We saw that they had the mower at a lower price and decided to reach out, but due to the discrimination, my husband and I decided to try a different dealer.

Run, Run, Run from this Kubota dealership! Since Mr. Jack died and his son took over their service department has robbed me four times between 1200 and $1800 on the DEF system, just paid another $1800 bill now they tell me it can’t be fixed. Plenty of other dealerships that will appreciate your business. Perrin Farm Equipment Kubota does not appreciate your business.

Recent purchase with stand on mower. Had some warranty issues early on and they were extremely helpful with the whole process including bringing me a loner to use while the issue was addressed. The staff was very understand and friendly thru out the process. 5 stars!!!!
