Developmental Delays

I recently visited Perodua IGreen for my 6-month service, and the experience was genuinely pleasant. Navin assisted me throughout the process, he was professional, attentive, and made everything smooth and easy. In addition to the routine service, I had a few concerns about the car, and those were addressed thoroughly as well. He respected my time, ensuring everything was handled promptly and efficiently. I’ve visited this service centre several times before, and as a first-time driver, some of my earlier questions weren’t always answered satisfactorily until I escalated them. This time, however, the difference was clear. It’s the extra mile and attention to detail that make customers want to keep returning, and the Service Advisor truly made an impact. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, efficient, and customer-focused service experience!

2nd time servicing here for my 20k km. Everything went smoothly from booking the slot until the end. The staff handling the reservation and counter were very friendly and helpful. My car was serviced by Mr. Navin, his explanation was very clear, especially for me as a female who doesn’t know much about cars. He explained everything honestly and only recommended the parts that truly needed to be changed. No unnecessary charges at all, and he really helped to guide me. The environment is also comfortable. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience here. The staff were super friendly and really polite. The facilities were excellent, everything I needed was available in the waiting area, and there were more than enough seats for everyone. The free flow coway water and some snack provided free for customer. Also the toilet very very clean. Overall, I was really impressed and sastified here. Thank you so much!

I met Hamizan by chance when I walked into the showroom, and I’m really glad I did! From our first chat till the day I collected my car, he has been nothing short of amazing — patient, friendly, and always quick to respond on WhatsApp. He guided me through every detail and even helped me secure a car plate number I’m super happy with (no number 4, thank goodness). The car collection process was smooth, and he took time to explain all the functions clearly. Truly appreciate his trustworthy service. Terbaik, Hamizan! Keep up the great work!

Finally found a good Perodua service center that follows SOP and takes care of their customer cars. Booking an appointment is as easy as just calling them instead of using WhatsApp like other Perodua service center. Service advisor Rafeah was super professional, kind and friendly. Technician Dineal, by observing him through the window, did a fantastic job with servicing and can see that he is experienced and professional with his task. He took his time making sure everything is done well. The alignment balancing was okay, the steering is still slightly to the right when going straight. Balancing was fantastic as I don't feel any vibrations when driving at a high speed. Light refreshments are provided with packet mee goreng (which does not taste good please change to nasi lemak or something else as I saw many people threw it in the bin after a bite) and variety of instant drink packets are available for customers to make themselves. However for this service center, if you don't want to spend more than you have too, please follow the scheduled maintenance listed on Perodua official website as this service center automatically adds additional services that is not required by Perodua and especially when the car is still new. Honestly, throttle body cleaning should be free and not be an additional charges in my opinion as other brands provide that service for free when requested. And please advise the other service advisor not to vape in the service center, I saw him vape at the service advisor counter and behind the workshop area. I hope that this new Perodua service center still continues strong and does not end up like other Perodua service centres.

Good explanation and service by Mr Navin at counter 5. He heard my issues and sorted it accordingly. His explanation is on point . 5 star rating for such service. Good ambience and big space too.

3rd time sent my car for service, before this around 1 hour and half will settle, but there is one day that I have to wait for more than 3 hours before my car ready. From 9.30am till nearly 1pm... just a normal service and change aircond oil and add gas... at 12.00pm I saw my car already ready outside but have to wait another 1 hour before they call my number, setle payment and hand over the key. Hope they can improve more near future.

I am here for the third time. The first two visits were satisfactory; however, during this visit, the customer service was poor. Upon stating that I did not require a specific service, the staff reacted with an unprofessional, condescending smirk.

Neat, Bright, and service responsive. Service Advisor Rafeal, who served me, experienced and nice. Air conditioning in waiting area a bit too strong and cold. Food lacking the Nasi Lemak bungkus like in another Perodua Workshop. Just snack food available.
