2nd time servicing here for my 20k km. Everything went smoothly from booking the slot until the end. The staff handling the reservation and counter were very friendly and helpful. My car was serviced by Mr. Navin, his explanation was very clear, especially for me as a female who doesn’t know much about cars. He explained everything honestly and only recommended the parts that truly needed to be changed. No unnecessary charges at all, and he really helped to guide me. The environment is also comfortable.
