I came today at 11:45 AM for my 10k mileage service. The front desk staff were professional and explained clearly what’s needed for the 10k service. You can choose only the essential items — I took engine oil, gasket, and oil filter for just RM150+ (labour free) 👍. During inspection, they found my cabin filter dirty, so I replaced it for RM30+. Afterward, they didn’t even ask for a rating — the 4.2⭐ is genuine, unlike some SCs that beg for 5⭐ and upsell unnecessary items. I say this because I’ve experienced that before at the 1k service (other outlet with higher rate google review) . Truly worth 5⭐ this time!

Excellent Walk-In Service! I visited the Perodua Service Centre without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and efficient service I received. Ms. Hanie was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Very disappointed with the appointment system and service. I booked an appointment at 4 PM through the Ufirst app, only to receive a call later from the staff saying the shop closes at 4 PM. This doesn't make sense, as the official closing time is actually 5 PM. I understand that servicing a car can take over an hour, but this is clearly a system issue on the company's side — not the customer's fault. The app should NOT allow customers to make a 4 PM booking if the shop can't accommodate it. It's very frustrating to make a proper appointment, only to be told to cancel it because of internal issues. Please fix this to avoid wasting customers’ time in the future.

Scheduled for an appointment at 11.30am at this service centre using the Ufirst app and it was available, I was only available at that time bcs hari kerja la kan. Suddenly, the staff told me to come early sbb takut tak sempat siap before Friday prayer, in which i totally faham, i was willing to change slots to petang ke apa & i faham la. So I asked this girl yg i tgh cakap on the phone to please check (nicely) if ada tak slot kosong lepas solat Jumaat and ok she wanted to ask her colleague, she didn’t hang up the phone so I could listen la kan. I could clearly hear she talked bad about me to her colleague, saying “DIA NAK KITA FAHAM DIA, TAPI DIA TAK FAHAM KITA” i was shocked bcs firstly, i was trying to understand you. You yg asked me to drop everything time hari kerja at that moment sbb you incompetent tak adjust your schedule system. RUDE BEHAVIOUR ISTG. I terus cancel bcs I dont want to do business with staff yg rude with customer with no reason at all. Not coming here ever again

Serviced my car here and was a pleasant experience. No hassles and service advisor clearly explained the maintenance procedure. Asked them to replace my boot damper and it was installed perfectly with no issues. Overall, is a good experience and hope they keep it up.

As with all Perodua Service Centers, this is another excellent service place!. The Technician really explained what will be changed and accurate price estimates. The battery was also appropriately checked for warranty claim purposes. Kudos to the entire staff here!

I was scolded by one of their staff because my car, which had been towed to the parking lot, was not placed properly by the tow truck driver. My car couldn’t start at the time, but the staff aggressively told me to park it properly. 1 Star granted to the particular staff. Thank you for your contribution, which has helped your company earn an additional star.
