My second time here to service my car, and I can say the customer service here was extraordinary. Firstly, you have to take a number from the counter in front, regardless if you come by appointment or walk-in. It was a seamless process, and you may reach out to the Service Advisor (SA) for any assistance. Once you have your number, the system will call it out for your consultation with the SA. The SA in charge was helpful & explained every detail regarding my car before agreeing with the type of service your car will have.
Once consultation is done, all you have to do is wait. I was given a voucher to redeem free food (Nasi Lemak & coffee) at their cafe, it was delicious too! The cafe also provided some free sandwiches & snacks at the counter (FCFS basis). The SC provided free wifi and TV you can enjoy while waiting for your car. I also received a voucher for car wash with 1 month validity. I loved the changes they made here as this experience wasn't available during my first visit. I'll definitely use this SC again for my next car service.
