SA Shikin was responsive, friendly, and professional, making my car purchase smooth and quick. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process. Highly recommended for her excellent service.

My second time here to service my car, and I can say the customer service here was extraordinary. Firstly, you have to take a number from the counter in front, regardless if you come by appointment or walk-in. It was a seamless process, and you may reach out to the Service Advisor (SA) for any assistance. Once you have your number, the system will call it out for your consultation with the SA. The SA in charge was helpful & explained every detail regarding my car before agreeing with the type of service your car will have. Once consultation is done, all you have to do is wait. I was given a voucher to redeem free food (Nasi Lemak & coffee) at their cafe, it was delicious too! The cafe also provided some free sandwiches & snacks at the counter (FCFS basis). The SC provided free wifi and TV you can enjoy while waiting for your car. I also received a voucher for car wash with 1 month validity. I loved the changes they made here as this experience wasn't available during my first visit. I'll definitely use this SC again for my next car service.

Overall okay . As usual like others service center , waiting time. A bit longer. But very comfortable here , free drink , big screen TV etc. I'm their customer from 2007 till now . 😊 Hopefully make improvement about waiting time and booking process.. if you booking for appointment yet still need to take queue number 😞

walk-in service is good. but the service online is very bad. The staff is not diligent and proper in answering customer questions, also the WhatsApp reply service is very bad. whatsapp today, double tick. But reply it tomorrow. I understand, maybe busy. But always.. Dissappointed with the disrespectful response to the message. so, if you go, it's better to find a staff who can guide you. Maybe i'm badluck bcoz i was assisted by that seller advisor(girl). can improve by practicing answering customer questions properly.

Service - Explained detail from friendly staff during registration. All very systematic from booking, car services until payment. Waiting place - Sufficient seats, free drinking water and also have a cafe. Overall very nice experience (better from most KL Perodua service centre).

Mostly came here for car service & today 29/10/2024, coming for 49k millage service. I was so impress with the one Staff, Syahira is her name. The Specky lady, attending me with so kind hearted & can see her sincerity with their job. Suggested the service suitable with my car’s needs. Not just chasing the sales instead. Other branches always suggested the unnecessary service just because to achieve their sales/kpi i guess. Oh btw, the way Shahirah approach & attend me at the counter isssss so fast. I don't have to wait for so long. Finish at 20minutes gitu je. Normally have to wait almost 40minutes event though not so many people around. But overall im so satisfied with Miss Syahira’s service. Hopefully the manager could give her 3months bonus. She is so good!! ❤️

Perodua, when I bought it, the service will always be with em, the cost I bare almost similar to "bawah pokok" punya, but the most important things is the expertise and genuine spare parts 👍

Very good customer service. Location is not an issue. The most important thing is that the customer service attitude is very good. Many thanks to Wan Ahmad Haizzat and technicians for their services. Completed as expected 👍 I will come back here next time
