Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I bought flowers and chocolates from this shop, and honestly, it was a big mistake. They refused to give me a proper VAT invoice even after I asked several times. That’s not only unprofessional it’s unacceptable. You can feel they’re just hungry for sales with no respect for the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers and does things the right way.

Worst customer service ever, they ruined my graduation bouquet, I asked on WhatsApp and sent a pic and they said they will do it and when I received it , it was a normal bouquet not a graduation bouquet, I called and the guy was so rude and he was saying no u asked it to be like that and the chat was there even the delivery guy said ur right it’s different , he was giving so much attitude and saying that its ok return it we don’t have time to fix it or anything and literally I had no time to go buy other bouquet , never going back and I will complain, it’s really unacceptable

Amazing job

We choose a design from their shop and it was not as expected. They were going to send us the arrangement and box was damaged from the writing and when we told them to change it, they just said take back your money! what kind of customer service is this. Instead of fixing their mistake they just want to refund and kept saying that we’re suppose to thank them instead. I do not recommend this shop as what is shown in instagram is not what is delivered to the customers. Such a scam.

Horrible experience towards the end product not being designed as the images provided with obvious gaps on the name plates causing black spots to appear all over the design. Moreover when requested a correction the owner kept fighting that its not his fault & gave a "take it or leave it attitude" without any effort to correct or support the issue. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely beautiful flowers and perfect, attentive and very personal service by the Syrian gentleman. The service really was 5 star and he made the shopping experience very, very good. The quality of the flowers is also beautiful and I have bought so many flowers in the UAE from many different shops, this was the best quality yet. The bouquet has lasted for a week and still looks perfect! And on top of all of this, I’m happy to buy these flowers for a good price. This will be my new flower-shop of choice. Please stock up on some more helium balloons for different occasions, thanks!
