I bought Cassini pour homme aftershave, a rare 1990’s fragrance, from a local provider near me in Worcester. It was a 50ml pour out with a properly signed bottle with engraving on it. I then saw a 100ml spray on the Perfume Warehouse site of the same aftershave. As I prefer aerosols I ordered a bottle. I am very disappointed to receive an obviously false product. The bottle has no “Cassini Pour Homme” label on it and a crude label attached to the base. I rang up the supplier and complained. I was told to send it back for a full refund, but having read other reviews where people did not get a refund, decided not to bother and save myself the trouble. I suggest that you avoid buying from this company.

A real pleasure attending here and really helped me decide what would be best for his and hers. A great team with honest advice at very reasonable and affordable prices. My second purchase here after the first one. Will be back for more!

You know those little shops where you walk in and just feel instantly welcome? That’s this place. The woman who runs it along with her husband and daughteris an absolute star. Chatty, warm, and sharp as a tack. She could probably sell ice to a penguin, but in the best way. The prices were fair, and she even knocked a bit off without me having to beg for it. Left with Three perfumes I adore and zero regrets. Seriously, if you’re in Ealing Broadway, skip the big stores and go here. Already planning my next visit.

I’ve been buying from this company for some time now and I’ve always had a great experience. My favourite fragrance is Acqua di Giò, and I’ve found the quality and reliability here consistently excellent. I always purchase with complete confidence. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy place to shop for fragrances.

Absolutely love this shop, I have been coming here for ages and I won’t go anywhere else it’s my first port of call for my perfumes, either for myself or for gifts. I urge everyone never to buy anything from this shop! I bought Climat Lancôme perfume online, which I had been looking for for a long time, as a birthday present for myself. When I opened the parcel, I saw that the transparent packaging of the box had been sealed with tape, which indicated that the perfume had been opened. The bottle was not full, which was not indicated in the product description (otherwise I would not have bought it), and the perfume itself turned out to be fake, because neither the colour nor the scent matched the original, even approximately! Finally, after I put a drop of perfume on my wrist, the scent disappeared within an hour, although the original perfume lasts for two days! The shop management replied to my message saying that they were as deeply upset about the situation as I was and would refund my money immediately. I sent the perfume back to the shop, but after that, it was removed from sale on the website, and they stopped communicating with me. As a result, I lost more than €500 that I had earned through hard work! I am a Christian, and the Bible says: "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave room for the wrath of God; for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.'" Therefore, I leave room for God's wrath against those who robbed me in this way! ☹️

Perfume Warehouse in Ealing is absolutely amazing! The selection is fantastic, prices are great, and the woman who works there is so kind and helpful—she really makes the experience special. Honestly, anyone leaving a bad review must be lying because this place is a hidden gem! An employee at your store. On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, he treated me in an extremely rude and abusive manner because I did not purchase items at the price he demanded. He told me to leave the store and go to Selfridges. When I requested an apology, he refused and acted in a discriminatory way. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I request that appropriate action be taken and that I receive a formal apology.
