Stage 3: The Build-Up
This is where your roof’s longevity is secured. We install:
New, breathable roofing felt for superior weather protection and ventilation.
Precision-fitted, treated timber battens for a secure, level base.
High-quality lead or aluminium flashings at valleys, chimneys, and abutments.
Stage 4: The Finish
Finally, your chosen tiles or slates are laid with expert craftsmanship, ensuring perfect alignment and weather-tightness. All ridge tiles, hips, and verges are securely fixed and pointed.
Stage 5: The Final Check
We conduct a thorough clean-up and final inspection. You receive a completion certificate and manufacturer warranties where applicable.
