🔧 Drainage Alteration Following Structural Survey
We recently attended a property experiencing structural movement and carried out a full CCTV drain survey. While the drains themselves showed no defects, we discovered a buried manhole beneath an extension.
As part of upcoming ground stabilisation works, access to the pipe was required. We advised excavation and took the opportunity to reroute the kitchen waste line to a nearby manhole, allowing the pipe beneath the extension to become redundant.
Despite the tight working area, the team successfully completed the diversion and reinstated the area. The homeowner now has peace of mind knowing there are no active drains running under the property.
