On a Saturday afternoon I needed a compressor for my kitchen’s refrigerator. I was promptly called by Marc, the owner and technician who came out and diagnosed it was a failed compressor. Instead of me having to wait for ordering the part he had it with him and was able to change it out in an hour and a half. Perfect appliance repair provided the best service I could’ve asked for. He installed a surge protector on the back which is warranted on Withlacoochee.

Mark was awesome and able to diagnose the issue with our GE washer not draining immediately and fix it same day. He even gave great recommendations for it and our fridge for maintenance! We will definitely use again in the future (just hopefully not too soon)

I am so thankful for Mark at this company. My Samsung dryer went out. He was here within 2 hrs of my call. He ordered the part I needed before he left my house, It came in on Saturday but I had plans in Tampa. Luckily he was available and came out this afternoon (Monday) installed my new motherboard and brought new and better duct coil, installed, vacuumed up escaped lint and I'm up and running. Thank you Mark! We need more great companies like this. They fit their name = PERFECT!

Mark was amazing! We had our LG washer/dryer combo breakdown and Mark came out next morning and got it fixed for us. He was so professional and kind, even taking the time to explain general maintenance on my machine. Would highly recommend!

Had emergency with appliances, Called him in the morning, came after 3 hours and fixed it same day. My Samsung refrigerator was leaking and Whirlpool Washing machine was not working. Had issue with both. Definitely would recommend him!!! If you looking someone that can do in house appliances work he will be the guy.

Showed up a couple hours after my call, my freezer was not working, took immediate action to reverse the heating, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part during the visit. Came back as promised a couple days later and completed the job. Mark was professional and very nice to talk with. Did a great job explaining the issue. I had a problem with my SubZero 601F freezer—it wasn’t defrosting properly, which caused the temperature to fluctuate wildly. I called Perfect Appliance Repair of Tampa, and they were able to come the next day and fix the issue. They replaced one part and later returned to address a second issue that only became visible after the first repair. They were friendly and efficient. I will definitely use them again.
