The Sub-Zero freezer was too cold. Tested the heating element, thermistor, and thermostat. Find out the defective control board. Replaced the main control board with the original Sub-Zero part for a local customer in South Tampa at S Dundee St, Tampa, FL 33629. Everything is back to normal. We love to work on Sub-Zero refrigerators all day long. They are the best on the market. Even 20 a 20-year-old Sub-Zero refrigerator or freezer will work better than a new standard refrigerator brand.
