I've been using perez for almost 5 years now.. I can honestly say. Their service is beyond what I expect every single time.. . This last one last call was amazing. I Called them on a Saturday cause I was smelling gas coming out of the vets. I honestly dint think they would show up since it was a last minute call. Busy as they are on a Saturday they still came down and checked everything out for me... I feared for my family well being and they perfectly understood and came down, them caring about the well being of my concerns is an amazing A+quality customer service and work. I'm sticking with perez for many many more years. And will highly recommend them to everyone i know . Thanks perez a/c for your outstanding service and super negotiable prices . Contacted them on Friday and they came out Saturday, even earlier than they had stated. My AC had stopped cooling and the house was so hot inside. Came out for inspection and identified the problem and fixed it with no issues. Had them perform a maintenance to make sure everything else was running smooth and to also check our heater issue, so we will be good for the winter. Repairs cost less than the portable AC I was considering buying and done in a timely manner. So nice to be home in a cool house! Great communication, letting me know all the issues and the cost up front for approval to move forward. Highly recommend!

Quick service during heat wave when main unit completely failed. Replaced within 2 days, reasonable cost, and it's been stable for a year since.

Had to come over a few times to do the job correctly. Inspection did not pass water leaked drain line had no "SLOPE" I had to go up and do it my self, terrible gas line wasn't Installed correctly he thought I would go up there and look, water every where still didn't pass Inspection. TERRIBLE... plus the pan is to small bran new home worthless he thought in a few months I would notice water leaking he would long gone. The worst part he looked me in the eye shook my hand gave me his word. That last photo I lm posting I did it with 4 inch slope 45* angles!

Hottest day of the year so far and they were able to come out on a Sunday. They were able to fix the ac and were able to come out later the same day to check it and replace another part. Amazing service and very polite. Thank you!

I had a problem with my AC air actuator for my 2 zone HVAC system. They were able to bypass it while the parts were on order, and quickly fixed it when the parts came in, working around my schedule. Nice professional technicians.
