Perez Heating & Air

I've been using perez for almost 5 years now.. I can honestly say. Their service is beyond what I expect every single time.. . This last one last call was amazing. I Called them on a Saturday cause I was smelling gas coming out of the vets. I honestly dint think they would show up since it was a last minute call. Busy as they are on a Saturday they still came down and checked everything out for me... I feared for my family well being and they perfectly understood and came down, them caring about the well being of my concerns is an amazing A+quality customer service and work. I'm sticking with perez for many many more years. And will highly recommend them to everyone i know . Thanks perez a/c for your outstanding service and super negotiable prices . Even in 2026.. can't nobody have better service and price them Perez a/c repair

Contacted them on Friday and they came out Saturday, even earlier than they had stated. My AC had stopped cooling and the house was so hot inside. Came out for inspection and identified the problem and fixed it with no issues. Had them perform a maintenance to make sure everything else was running smooth and to also check our heater issue, so we will be good for the winter. Repairs cost less than the portable AC I was considering buying and done in a timely manner. So nice to be home in a cool house! Great communication, letting me know all the issues and the cost up front for approval to move forward. Highly recommend!
