Perch Home Staging

My husband and I renovate houses for a living and were blown away by Perch’s stage. They hit the nail on the head for this Evergreen mountain house. People are stunned when they find out what a high price I sold a property for and if they ask what my secret is, I mention Perch at the top of the list. You gotta drop people‘s jaws when they walk through the front door. Shay is an artist, she has fun with this. She has original ideas. She leaves cracked egg shells on this counter next to a frying pan and it all just works. I remember once she hand sketched a drawing and left it on an open pad in the office we staged. Everybody commented on it. Or maybe the time that she put a floral arrangement in a pair of rain boots in an incredible bedroom. People were taking photos to put on their own social media. It was that good. There’s no question when you have to absolutely knock someone’s socks off. Call Perch. Five stars and then some.

They make things so beautiful they go viral online. Beauty, class, vision, elegance, creativity and thoughtfullness are all words I would associate with their designs.
