This was our first visit to Peppertree Animal Hospital and my husband and I were very pleased with the staff and Dr Chae. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain and answer any questions. We have been having problems with our dogs ears and paws for awhile and the veterinarian we were taking him to didn't explain what the problem was. We are happy to have found a veterinarian that is willing to take the time to explain and a great staff to work with.

I did a walk in on Saturday (2/24/24) with my girl, Zoey, who seemed to be having urinary issues. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Kelly, very cordial and was able to fit us in. Once we were able to meet with Dr. Chae, I was very impressed. He was very thorough with explaining her diagnosis and the follow-ups I’ve had since have been phenomenal. I changed our vet as the previous location I went to, changed dr’s so I tried something new and glad I did. As of now, we’re continuing to monitor and hope the medication does the fix. The prices are very reasonable and we also carry pet insurance so that’s a plus. I am grateful that I found Peppertree Animal Hospital, Dr. Chae and his staff. Everyone is so nice and will continue to bring our Zoey here.

My dog was attacked at the local dog park. We rushed him to Peppertree at 3:30 in the afternoon without an appointment. They took us right in, and Dr. Chae inspected him immediately. He found all the sources of bleeding, cleaned our dog up, gave him a couple of shots, and sent us on our way all within a half hour of arriving. They made the best out of a bad situation. Would recommend Peppertree to everyone!

We had an emergency with our cat and no one could see him. I believe it was Peppertrees first day open and they were unbelievable with trying to help our fur baby. Unfortunately we lost him but they were great at explaining and very sympathetic to our loss. They helped us every step of the way. We've tried other vets but none compare to Peppertree. The staff are professional and friendly. They take the time to explain and answer all questions you may have.

I recently had an urgent situation when one of our beloved dogs passed away unexpectedly. During this heartbreaking time, Peppertree Animal Hospital, and particularly Melissa and the team, were a beacon of support. They offered immediate assistance, ensuring we were seen without delay. Their crematory services were explained and provided with utmost respect and professionalism, making a painful process more bearable. The staff answered all our questions with patience and handled our dog with the care and dignity she deserved. I am profoundly grateful for their compassionate service and highly recommend Peppertree Animal Hospital to any pet owner who seeks meticulous care for their pets.

As a new puppy dad, I could only go with the advice of my friends who are veteran pet parents...And one of the best pieces of advice they gave was recommending Dr Chae and the hospital staff at Peppertree. Not only were they accommodating, they were very professional and friendly. They make you feel like you've been going to them for years. Their prices are very fair. I was very happy with the care and services they provided to my baby, Valkyrie. We look forward to seeing them again in a couple weeks at her follow up.

I truly cannot say enough good things about the doctor and staff at Peppertree! They have been so kind and supportive with both of my kittens, and have made us feel very confident and comfortable with their care.

I needed a last minute Vet visit for my elderly kitty who had a serious health event. They worked me in and helped my little girl. They were extremely nice, kind, and caring. They exceeded my expectations and my little girl wasn’t stressed out after the visit. I will be going back in the future. Follow-up…. My little one took a turn for the worse and had to be put down. I didn’t go to my regular vet, I went back to Peppertree. They were all so kind and caring. They made an incredibly difficult thing to do very compassionate and did it with great care. When another kitty decides to adopt me, I will be calling Peppertree for an appointment.

If you are looking for a great vet, and a terrific vet experience look no further than Peppertree Animal Hospital. Dr. Raymond Chae is methodical and extremely detail oriented when examining, treating and making recommendations about my pet. Please keep in mind I drove over 400 miles roundtrip for my American Eskimo's TPLO surgery and I would make that drive again, and again, as this vet was amazing. He took the time and kept in constant contact with me before, during and after the operation. He also provided insights and recommendations for other potential issues with my dog outside of the scope of this surgery. The support staff at Peppertree was also exceptional, which made my visit that much better. Distance and travel time make using this practice as my primary vet unpractical, which is my only regret. Anyone looking for a great vet practice should most definitely consider Dr. Chae and the folks at Peppertree Animal Hospital. Thank you guys again. Cheers
