Everyone is very kind and my pet took an immediate liking to them. I am confident that if my little baby needs anything, we can come to Peppertree Animal Hospital. When we first got him, he wasn’t able to keep his food down and wasn’t playful. They helped us learn about his digestive system and what he needs, and he’s now a happy and healthy boy.

As a new puppy dad, I could only go with the advice of my friends who are veteran pet parents...And one of the best pieces of advice they gave was recommending Dr Chae and the hospital staff at Peppertree. Not only were they accommodating, they were very professional and friendly. They make you feel like you've been going to them for years. Their prices are very fair. I was very happy with the care and services they provided to my baby, Valkyrie. We look forward to seeing them again in a couple weeks at her follow up.

I needed a last minute Vet visit for my elderly kitty who had a serious health event. They worked me in and helped my little girl. They were extremely nice, kind, and caring. They exceeded my expectations and my little girl wasn’t stressed out after the visit. I will be going back in the future. Follow-up…. My little one took a turn for the worse and had to be put down. I didn’t go to my regular vet, I went back to Peppertree. They were all so kind and caring. They made an incredibly difficult thing to do very compassionate and did it with great care. When another kitty decides to adopt me, I will be calling Peppertree for an appointment.

We brought in our pup Kiki for urgent treatment of an allergic reaction. Good news, she’s made a complete recovery! We’re so pleased with Dr. Chae and staff we brought our second pup in, and our adult dog will soon make the switch. Doctor and staff are knowledgeable and professional, kind and friendly, and are excellent in communication. The office is in pristine condition with easy access and plenty of parking. We’re 100% Satisfied

If you are looking for a great vet, and a terrific vet experience look no further than Peppertree Animal Hospital. Dr. Raymond Chae is methodical and extremely detail oriented when examining, treating and making recommendations about my pet. Please keep in mind I drove over 400 miles roundtrip for my American Eskimo's TPLO surgery and I would make that drive again, and again, as this vet was amazing. He took the time and kept in constant contact with me before, during and after the operation. He also provided insights and recommendations for other potential issues with my dog outside of the scope of this surgery. The support staff at Peppertree was also exceptional, which made my visit that much better. Distance and travel time make using this practice as my primary vet unpractical, which is my only regret. Anyone looking for a great vet practice should most definitely consider Dr. Chae and the folks at Peppertree Animal Hospital. Thank you guys again. Cheers

Pepper Tree staff members and Dr. Chae were great. Dr. Chae was informative and helpful with my 4 month old Australian Shepherd. I plan on coming back and letting family and friends know about this establishment.

Dr. Chae has been my vet for 4 years and I've had too many excellent interactions with him and his staff to count. My 2 senior dogs died in April 2024 eleven days apart. Even after life care earned 10 stars. My new puppy is 5 months old and already in the best hands. Dr. Chae doesn't treat symptoms, he finds causes and keeps your fur family healthy! ❤️

This was our first visit to Peppertree Animal Hospital and my husband and I were very pleased with the staff and Dr Chae. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain and answer any questions. We have been having problems with our dogs ears and paws for awhile and the veterinarian we were taking him to didn't explain what the problem was. We are happy to have found a veterinarian that is willing to take the time to explain and a great staff to work with.
