We loved working with Penny, she is a very good Real Estate Agent. Since our first interaction with her we loved that she was transparent, honest and very knowledgeable. She guided us through the process of buying a new home and selling our old home, it all happened miraculously in a 6 week span. We closed both homes on the same day and moved in on that date as well. Penny was great and always available, she was on target for our selling home's price and a good negotiator for the new home. Her team is amazing (lawyer, broker, stager and photographer), thanks to this team it all went smoothly. With her selling strategy she drove 40 walking groups during a weekend open house and a couple of days of showings. We actually started the process of selling our home 8 months before it was actually listed. Penny came over, walked through our home and offered many helpful suggestions. The minute she left we started on her recommendations. While we had not signed a contract with her yet, she was always available whenever we called with questions.
