Wonderful experience with Pelles! It started with the initial consult and walk through with Kehle- she was so incredibly kind, personable and thorough. She gave multiple options and answered all of my questions. Scheduling the install was a quick and convenient process. Austin and Peter did the install, and they too were incredibly friendly, respectful and professional. They worked efficiently, and kept me updated on their progress and what they were doing. Not only did they do a great job, they’ve been great about checking in post install to make sure everything is going well and I’m happy with my product. Happy would be an understatement. The price was more than fair, the product line they work with is superior, and the professionalism is unmatched.

Pelles has done a fantastic job helping get our HVAC systems up and running efficiently over the last year - and they’ve been incredibly responsive and understanding through everything. We had multiple other companies come out to provide quotes and they never even bothered to follow up, even after we’d reached out asking for updates. Pelles is the only company that has come through for us. We love working with everyone that has come out and look forward to a long relationship! And Cody is a gem!

Pelles was excellent. My son’s furnace quit working 2 bedroom ranch house and they came out next day to diagnosis it and showed us the issues. Furnace was 22 years old poor maintenance so due to be replaced. They had a sales woman Kehle come out right away measure examine ductwork and pvc piping and got us a 60 btu Comfortmaker N96MSN (97% AFUE) for a great price $5195. Didn’t try to upsale. They just figured exactly what we needed and nothing more or less. Everyone was super nice patient, explained things well. They put furnace in within 2 days. Austin and Peter installed the furnace quickly and all was working great no issues when they left. Very highly satisfied. Will be frequently using them for all my hvac needs and probably plumbing as well. Highly recommend

I'm very pleased with the experience I had with Pellles! My service guy was Cody, he was absolutely awesome!!! I have a Carrier 2 furnace, 4 zone system, which requires an experienced and knowledgeable tech, Cody was exactly that. He took the time to explain what my furnace issues were. He answered all of my questions, taught me things about my system that I did not know. I've lived in my home for 2.5 years and didn't realize there was UV germicidal light on my furnace; Cody explained its purpose and showed my how to change the bulbs. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, conscientious and professional. My system is now running smoothly. Great job, Cody!

My experience was wonderful. The gentleman came out on very short notice the Saturday before the big snow. He took his time went over the thermostat. . When he opened the furnace door he found the problem and corrected it! The furnace has been great and actually working better than when it was installed!!!!. Hindsight I should have called your company for a new furnace. Guaranteed I will call you all the time!!! It was money well spent and I can’t thank you enough!!! Susan Ott

Our furnace shut down sometime early morning on Thursday, Jan 29. We were able to get the very first service call on Thursday, Pellew showed up at 9:00 AM. Technician quickly diagnosed that the furnace needed to be replaced. They came out that afternoon to do all the measurements, and the new furnace was installed on Friday, January 30. Needless to say, with temperatures these two days well below zero, their prompt service was very much appreciated. They were in constant communication via text, and the workers were very friendly! I would highly recommend Pelles to anyone!

Everyone we’ve worked with is professional and super nice. We haven’t had the best experience with other companies so we are grateful to have found Pelles. They have been very reliable, take the job seriously, and are very knowledgeable.

Pelles was very responsive and listened to our concerns about our furnace age and heating concerns before we had temps nearing 0 degrees and a major snowstorm heading our way. They were able to take out and haul away our old system and install a new heating and cooling system in a very reasonable timeframe. We are warm and comfy as the snow falls outside.

WE LOVE PELLES!!! From the first phone call to the install, they have felt like family. You can’t beat that! All you want and need when something goes wrong with the home is knowing that whoever is working on it will put in the care and attention that you would. Our furnace bit the dust during a crazy winter storm. They came out same day. And even came after hours to let us borrow extra space heaters while we waited for the furnace install. The installers were efficient and professional. I am so grateful we chose this company for our install.

Ryan showed up at my house right at the time it was scheduled for. He was very professional and has a great personality. On top of that he knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem with out any issues! The price was very reasonable for the work he had to do. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and will treat you with respect, Ryan is your guy!
