Pelican First Renovations

Mr. Kindy did an amazing job with our deck construction. The end results were great and durable. We are a busy family, but he got it done in efficient time with no delays. Furthermore, he was very communicative and open to any explanations in the process. Pelican First is definitely the best!

When we decided to finish our basement, I was very upfront about being highly detail oriented. Jim embraced that from day one. Throughout the entire project, he never made me feel unreasonable or overly critical, instead, he welcomed my input and encouraged me to speak up if something didn’t look quite right or didn’t match my vision. Even when there were inevitable construction delays, I felt completely at ease. Whenever others expressed concern, I confidently shared that I wasn’t worried because I trusted Jim to make it right, and he did. Our basement turned out beautifully and aligns almost exactly with what I had envisioned and designed. Jim was not only skilled and professional, but also a supportive and steady guide throughout the entire process. It was truly a pleasure working with him.
