Peets Express Restoration

It started out with just a small black area on the wall. I searched for mold remediation and Pete's Express Restoration came up first. I read many of his reviews and saw only great ones. We met and he tested our walls and floors and we found out that we had a big problem. It was about a 2 month project and as you can see in the pictures we are as good as new. Pete and his crews were top notch!! Very friendly, very professional, and they really knew what they were doing. I can't say enough about how happy are that we picked him to help us with this problem. Insurance wouldn't help with this. (Liberty Mutual) Pete's price was very reasonable. I recently worked with Peets Express Restoration on an upstairs bathroom and kitchen restoration due to a bad wax ring that caused water damage to the bathroom floor and ceiling of my kitchen. I’m extremely happy with the results. The project was well-managed from start to finish, and the quality of work shows in the final outcome. Peter came out for the initial inspection and was very thorough. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I understood the scope of work, which I really appreciated. Elena did a wonderful job working with my homeowners insurance, which made my life a whole lot easier. She was responsive, proactive, and quick with any documentation I needed. Her help really reduced a lot of stress on my end. Nick did an awesome job coordinating and managing the team that completed the work. Communication was great throughout the project, and any questions or small details I brought up were addressed promptly. Overall, the project stayed on track, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire team at Peets Express Restoration was professional and easy to work with. We woke up to a leak very early in the morning, called Peets and they responded very quickly! They mitigated the situation and eased our minds. A week later, we had another leak in a different part of the house and they came again to fix and repair! A week later, we had a 3rd leak and Pete and his crew came through again! 3 leaks meant 3 insurance claims at the same time, which was a headache! Peter and his assistant Elena worked with our insurance company on each claim and negotiated fair solutions! His crew did great work and they were always respectful to us and our home! If we ever have another water emergency, I'm definitely calling Peets Restoration!

Amazing professionals. I discovered a major water pipe break on a Saturday morning at 9 AM. Peets Express was out there two hours later with all of their water, mitigation equipment. My country house was over an hour drive from Sacramento. The team was great to work with.
