Peets Express Restoration

It started out with just a small black area on the wall. I searched for mold remediation and Pete's Express Restoration came up first. I read many of his reviews and saw only great ones. We met and he tested our walls and floors and we found out that we had a big problem. It was about a 2 month project and as you can see in the pictures we are as good as new. Pete and his crews were top notch!! Very friendly, very professional, and they really knew what they were doing. I can't say enough about how happy are that we picked him to help us with this problem. Insurance wouldn't help with this. (Liberty Mutual) Pete's price was very reasonable. I recently worked with Peets Express Restoration on an upstairs bathroom and kitchen restoration due to a bad wax ring that caused water damage to the bathroom floor and ceiling of my kitchen. Elena did a wonderful job working with my homeowners insurance, which made my life a whole lot easier. She was responsive, proactive, and quick with any documentation I needed. Her help really reduced a lot of stress on my end. Nick did an awesome job coordinating and managing the team that completed the work. Communication was great throughout the project, and any questions or small details I brought up were addressed promptly. Overall, the project stayed on track, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire team at Peets Express Restoration was professional and easy to work with.
