Did you know you can signal to a company that you're interested in working there without having to apply or without a specific position being available? The LinkedIn "I'm interested" button launched about a year ago and does just that.
๐ First, go to the company's LinkedIn page.
๐ Next, select the "About" tab.
๐ Scroll down to โInterested in working for us in the future?โ
๐ Click the "I'm interested button".
Recruiters will now see you as an interested candidate, and if you ultimately apply for a role, this gives some priority in ranking your application in the application stack.
