Navigating the highs and lows of my clients' job searches is an emotional journey. Some weeks are filled with momentum, multiple interviews, and networking calls, boosting their spirits. Conversely, slow weeks can leave them feeling stagnant, which resonates with me deeply. I often take my work home with me, and there are nights I lay awake thinking about how to motivate a client or a new job search technique we could employ.
However, celebrating their victories is equally fulfilling. This week was a win for my clients, and a win for me. Being alongside my clients throughout their career journey is a privilege that brings me fulfillment and one I don’t take lightly.
