Thanks to Elle O'Flaherty for an insightful workshop today on coaching clients with ADHD. As my practice has expanded, more and more of my clients have ADHD or other comorbid challenges (and strengths!). Learned a ton about specific apps and learning tools to help push through task completion issues and drive accountability. Will be putting them to good use! #careercoaching #ADHD
