We have used PEARL for the past two years. They have excellent staff based in Geelong. The Aged Care industry is beset with incompetent companies particularly in Geelong. Before PEARL we had tried many local agencies. It defies belief how many of them could even be registered much less be trusted to provide services to vulnerable aged people. PEARL have been excellent and have raised the bar for the industry. They listen and they have very competent staff. We highly recommend them. We waited until now to rate them and they get 5 stars.

These people are wonderful in every way. Their fees are much cheaper than the first home care provider we went though too. All you need to do is ask & they will strive to do what ever you want. Mikki is caring & considerate. Mums cleaner Nandini is a full on pocket rockets who is so kind & totally trustworthy. And the OT Lisa is a pure delight & organises so many handy & helpful things we never even knew about, but are so very helpful for my mum. They even arranged for mums bathroom to be renovated. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.
