I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. I came in for a teeth cleaning, and the whole process was smooth, comfortable, and very professional. Dr. Ruth did an amazing job — she is incredibly skilled, gentle, and explained everything clearly. My teeth feel cleaner than ever! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of care you receive. The staff were friendly, the clinic was spotless, and the service was truly top-notch. Highly recommended!

Best dentist in Bali, highly recommended. I live in Bali & have tried a few with good ratings but this is the best. I like that it's a small practice with Dr Glenn, very experienced, all top of the line equipment that I've not seen in other clinics. I had fillings & a tooth extraction. Dr Glenn gave me options, explained very clearly & made me very comfortable with the procedures. I will be using him for the implants next. Well trained staff, excellent communication & service.

My son was nervous about his wiggly tooth removal , but the team made the entire process stress-free. The dentist was patient, gentle, and very professional. They explained about the treatment plan clearly and made sure he was comfortable throughout the procedure. We will definitely be returning.

The most kind staff. I’m very anxious coming from Canada and having a medical procedure done. I had a tooth extraction and the dentist was very knowledgeable and kind. There was no pain and if there were any discomfort he stopped to make me feel better. The staff helped calm me I was very anxious shaking.. they were rubbing my chest and telling me I’m okay. 100% recommend so so so so kind!

Part of my filling fell off so I went to Pearl Dental. You are offered coffee and water when you arrive. Amazing service was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The dentist talked me through the problem showing me x-rays and photos. As my fillings are amalgam she explained the best option was to polish it and remove the sharp edges otherwise the whole filling would need removing. She offered my the best advice not the most expensive advice which I was very impressed with. The equipment is all ultra modern If you need dental treatment can recommend this place enough. FANTASTIC SERVICE.

Cleaning was ok but the price didn’t match the quality. The front desk staff replied to my messages in a cold, dismissive way and didn’t seem to care. I’m writing in response to your message about my review. I want to be direct: I’m not happy with the tone and wording you used. It comes across as defensive and impolite, and it does not reflect respectful communication toward a customer. Your message sounds like you are blaming and lecturing me rather than trying to understand why I felt dissatisfied. Pointing at my habits and suggesting I am “pointing fingers” is unnecessary and unprofessional. A more constructive and respectful reply would have gone a long way. I hope you take this as feedback on your communication approach with patients going forward.

I had a fantastic experience at Audy Dental Denpasar! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. drg. I Nyoman Putra Mahendra Suyoga was exceptional. He was very thorough and patient during my dental cleaning and consultation for cavities. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. So professional and gentle. I was too nervous to remove my tooth for the first time. With his help I'll never be scared again :)

What an experience. Such great experience, so professional and so much care was taken into making sure it was done correctly. I got a clean which back home in Australia I have never experienced the care that I was presented with. Worth every penny.
