had a blast with all the elderly. they shared their stories and we got alot of advice from them like investing and not taking things for granted

highly recommended!! my late father stayed here for almost 6 months.. very well taken care of by all staffs... my father well loved by all of caretakers here.. the home care very clean, staffs very well trained & friendly... easy to deal with.. Special thanks to Mr. Raman & Mr. Ashen for all cooperations and understanding... this care center will always have a special place in my heart..

The facilities here are nice and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming too, the aunties and uncles are active and talkative

We’re very happy with the service and care provided to my elderly father with dementia who has been living there for almost 2 years. The staff at Pearl Care (Mr. Kumara and team) are always kind and supportive in helping him, managing his mood swings and communicating with the family members. There are group activities and games organized and the premises is always kept very clean.

Made an appt to view the place with my mother and nobody let us in and we have to wait under the hot sun for 15mins! If you cant even treat your visitors right i have serious doubt on how good your elderly care would be. Thanks

I had a good experience with Pearl Care. I needed a short term caregiver at home for a fall risk parent after hospitalisation and they responded immediately. They were also able to send someone over within the day so we could have help right away. The caregiver, Thisara, was great. He was easy to trust and is patient, kind, and very attentive. We’re happy to have found this home and will continue to use their services!

My mother has been residing at Pearl Care Home for nearly three months following a fall at home. Consequently, we opted to entrust her care to the dedicated team at Pearl Care. I am pleased to report that my mother's health has shown significant improvement, as attested by her specialist doctor who recently observed a marked reduction in her leg pain. Anyhow, I would like to propose a couple of suggestions for further enhancement: 1. Consider augmenting the staff to support Mr. Kumar, given the substantial number of elderly residents in the care home. 2. In the visiting area, it would be beneficial to acquire additional tables and chairs to accommodate visitors more comfortably. I express my gratitude for the outstanding services provided by your team, particularly Mr. Kumar. I'm confident in recommending Pearl Care Home to others based on the positive experience we have had.
