Peakside Plumbing installed an expansion tank for me. Spencer got me in the schedule quickly and got the job done at a very fair price. I'm very happy with the results. Spencer does excellent work and I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

I wanted to give a major shout out to Spencer and Peakside Plumbimg for the really remarkable Customer service experience I had a few days ago. I had an emergency plumbing situation, which could’ve been very, very challenging and expensive. Spencer worked me into their schedule very quickly, in addition to answering the phone the first time I called, and was extremely professional knowledgeable.and super helpful and pleasant throughout our appointment. The actual work he performed was very quick, he explained every step in detail and left me way better informed that I had l been. Miraculously, there was no major issue after all, and he charged me a minimal service charge instead of the major expense I had been dreading. I am actually blown away. I plan to recommend him to all of my friends in Ellensburg, the surrounding area and Upper County. What an asset to our communities. Thank you, Spencer.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and contacted a couple of plumbers. Peakside provided us with a rough estimate over the phone that was far more reasonable than others. Spencer arrived on time and quickly replaced the faucet and stood by his over-the-phone estimate. While this was limited work, based on the communication and promptness of Peakside, we would not hesitate to contact them for future work.

The only plumber who answered the phone right away and then provided great service! He came to the house as soon as he could, and fixed a leak from our bathtub that was dripping into the crawlspace. He did a quality job and went above and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend.

We had a leak in our on-demand hot water heater over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with a house full of guests. My husband called six plumbers. Even though their websites said they were all “open” 24/7 and could respond to emergencies, Spencer at Peakside was the only one who was available to come over immediately. All of the others couldn’t get here until the following week. Spencer was here within the hour, found the problem and ordered a part. He adjusted the system enough that we had hot water until the part came in. He came a few days later with the new part exactly when he said he would and made the repair. Very prompt, professional and friendly. We HIGHLY recommend Peakside Plumbing.
