Peak Medical & Urgent Care in Dillon, Colorado absolutely exceeded every expectation I had for an urgent care visit. From the moment I walked in injured and stressed, their entire team stepped up with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency that honestly blew me away. First off, Max was incredible. He helped me out a lot right from the start—calm, reassuring, and on top of everything. When you’re hurt and not thinking clearly, having someone like Max guiding you through the process makes a massive difference. He made sure I understood what was happening, kept things moving smoothly, and treated me like a human being instead of just another patient on the schedule. Chase was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of attitude goes a long way when you’re dealing with an injury. He checked in, communicated clearly, and helped keep the whole experience stress-free. A huge shout-out to the X-ray tech ladies as well. They were professional, kind, and efficient while making sure I was positioned safely and comfortably despite my knee injury. They explained everything clearly and made what could’ve been an uncomfortable process feel easy and well-managed. And lastly, the nurse practitioner who sewed up my knee deserves serious recognition. She was calm, confident, and incredibly skilled. Getting stitches isn’t exactly fun, but she made the entire process smooth, precise, and reassuring. I felt completely taken care of and confident in her work the entire time. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-run, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Every single person I interacted with treated me with respect and genuine care. This team works together seamlessly, and it shows. If you’re in Summit County and need urgent care—especially in a moment where things feel overwhelming—this is the place to go. Peak Medical & Urgent Care in Dillon sets the bar extremely high. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the entire team—you turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Not recommended for urgent care My experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes before the official closing time, and as soon as the receptionist saw us getting out of the car, she hurried to put up a sign stating that they were no longer accepting new patients. The posted hours clearly indicated that the clinic was still open. If there is a policy about not accepting new patients after a certain time, it should be clearly stated and visible to everyone and every app. That type of behavior feels intentional and creates distrust. If this is truly an urgent care facility, it should also consider that patients seeking urgent care typically do not plan ahead, make appointments, or already have a prior file on record. I strongly suggest that the clinic clearly publish specific hours for new patients to avoid this kind of situation. Transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy toward patients should be a priority in any healthcare facility.

We had a wonderful experience. My son was seen quickly. I felt like my son was thoroughly evaluated and they listened to our concerns. We got medication quickly to a nearby pharmacy. It was a great clinic.

I had a great experience at Peaks today to the point I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area (rare for me)! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, with a quick check in process (never mind no wait!). They even asked to make sure they took my insurance up front. I specifically want to mention the two medical technicians who helped me, Christian and Katie. They were absolutely awesome—both were friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. This is exactly how I feel a medical visit should be. I am extremely thankful for the professional and friendly treatment I received from the entire team. Highly recommended!

Definitely found my primary care facility-- i haven't been so sick as a 39 adult and you all were so kind and caring. It was the most peaceful doctor's visit I think I've experienced. From the young woman at reception, Christian who did my initial consult and Dr.Berry; spoke to me like they’d known me for years, compassion and prompt attention— Couldn’t be more grateful!

Nice a smooth. People were friendly! Had to wait a little bit, but to be expected and they were very good at updating! Our issue was a respiratory infection so not as urgent. Would definitely go back if I needed too, and recommend to someone else. Another slick thing is we were able to get the antibiotics there, that was such amazing news to not make another stop with kids!

I had a great experience at this location during an unfortunate time while getting sick on vacation. I saw that Peaks UC was in network with my insurance provider. On their website, I was able to book an urgent care appointment on the same day, and my wait time was only a few minutes when I arrived. I was in and out of there with a diagnosis and meds ordered to a local pharmacy within about 30 minutes. Kudos to the staff, Christian and Stacy, for providing quality care, especially when I wasn’t a recurring patient.

Jan (or jen was it?) the NP was so communicative, caring and direct... and funny! I really appreciated her strong advice to head to the ER as it was indeed more of a serious issue. Good instinct communicated in an effective way that got me moving when I could have brushed it off if said another way. Front desk staff and nurses also all very kind and professional. Wish i could bring you back to Chicago -- Thank you!

Husband took a spill on the slopes. The team was gracious, wait wasn’t that long, and the professionals were all responsive and informative. Not the way you want to end a ski weekend but care received for unexpected and urgent need was very good!

There was a very short wait of less than 5 minutes before I was taken to the exam room. Stacy was willing to listen and recommend treatment for some issues that I have had for some time. I even had another question as I was departing and was welcomed back to the exam room to discuss them. I am very pleased with the provider. It was refreshing in this day of a broken health care system.
