Peaks Medical and Urgent Care

Here on vacation and needed to get checked out for sore throat. The staff and my NP (Stacey) were amazing. I think from start to finish I was in and out in 30 minutes. Stacey had me feeling better in probably less than 2 hours. Nice to have such a caring staff away from home. Thank you.

Definitely found my primary care facility-- i haven't been so sick as a 39 adult and you all were so kind and caring. It was the most peaceful doctor's visit I think I've experienced. From the young woman at reception, Christian who did my initial consult and Dr.Berry; spoke to me like they’d known me for years, compassion and prompt attention— Couldn’t be more grateful!

I cannot recommend this urgent care more. I was treated with so much kindness and respect. The prices were great for urgent care and they were extremely transparent about them throughout the process. I came in 30 minutes before closing and they easily could have turned me away, but instead helped me get to the bottom of what I was dealing with, ran tests and stayed late themselves. They offered me and my partner drinks and snacks as well. Thank you Peaks Medical and Urgent Care.

I was lucky to be there on a quiet day this time (Friday in the shoulder season), so I didn’t have to wait at all. I was taken back immediately, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Even on a busy day, they do their best to make sure everyone is comfortable and well informed. The doctor who has taken care of me both times is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Peaks Medical for your urgent care and lab needs!

Jan (or jen was it?) the NP was so communicative, caring and direct... and funny! I really appreciated her strong advice to head to the ER as it was indeed more of a serious issue. Good instinct communicated in an effective way that got me moving when I could have brushed it off if said another way. Front desk staff and nurses also all very kind and professional. Wish i could bring you back to Chicago -- Thank you!

I'll admit I'm a bit jaded with Western medicine, but the experience I had at Peaks Urgent care made me question that. The staff and FNP Stacy Berry are all so kind and compassionate and very professional. Plus they had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this facility and its amazing staff!

Best care I have ever received! I needed care to remove a piece of glass while on vacation. The staff was incredibly caring and genuinely patient-focused. Continually checking in on me and my family to ensure I was doing well while awaiting care.

Absolutely outstanding, professional and compassionate care. I was there under emergency circumstances and they took me right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed me up faster than any ER would have and with a lot more personal care. Five stars absolutely. Shout outs to Christina and Hailey, Cooper and especially Stacy. Thank you for getting me all fixed up and back on vacation so quickly and effectively.

I had to take one of my family members to an urgent care. I was surprised to see the kind of dedication and passion to treat patients at this facility. Extremely thorough. Stacy is REALLY skilled and compassionate!! She is a nurse practitioner but has better diagnoses abilities than some primary care physicians. Christian was nice & professional. The front office staff got us in and the check in process was really smooth. Believe the owner of this place is a cardiologist. He is running a great establishment.
