Peak Medical & Urgent Care in Dillon, Colorado absolutely exceeded every expectation I had for an urgent care visit. From the moment I walked in injured and stressed, their entire team stepped up with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency that honestly blew me away. First off, Max was incredible. He helped me out a lot right from the start—calm, reassuring, and on top of everything. When you’re hurt and not thinking clearly, having someone like Max guiding you through the process makes a massive difference. He made sure I understood what was happening, kept things moving smoothly, and treated me like a human being instead of just another patient on the schedule. Chase was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of attitude goes a long way when you’re dealing with an injury. He checked in, communicated clearly, and helped keep the whole experience stress-free. A huge shout-out to the X-ray tech ladies as well. They were professional, kind, and efficient while making sure I was positioned safely and comfortably despite my knee injury. They explained everything clearly and made what could’ve been an uncomfortable process feel easy and well-managed. And lastly, the nurse practitioner who sewed up my knee deserves serious recognition. She was calm, confident, and incredibly skilled. Getting stitches isn’t exactly fun, but she made the entire process smooth, precise, and reassuring. I felt completely taken care of and confident in her work the entire time. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-run, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Every single person I interacted with treated me with respect and genuine care. This team works together seamlessly, and it shows. If you’re in Summit County and need urgent care—especially in a moment where things feel overwhelming—this is the place to go. Peak Medical & Urgent Care in Dillon sets the bar extremely high. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the entire team—you turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Not recommended for urgent care My experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes before the official closing time, and as soon as the receptionist saw us getting out of the car, she hurried to put up a sign stating that they were no longer accepting new patients. The posted hours clearly indicated that the clinic was still open. If there is a policy about not accepting new patients after a certain time, it should be clearly stated and visible to everyone and every app. That type of behavior feels intentional and creates distrust. If this is truly an urgent care facility, it should also consider that patients seeking urgent care typically do not plan ahead, make appointments, or already have a prior file on record. I strongly suggest that the clinic clearly publish specific hours for new patients to avoid this kind of situation. Transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy toward patients should be a priority in any healthcare facility.
