After doing our research for the right roof for our home PeakMasters was who we trusted to get the job done. Marcs team worked efficiently and professionally. Peakmasters just installed our roof in Surrey. Marc was so easy to talk to regarding our needs and was so personable. The crew was so polite, professional and did a really good job. I would highly recommend this company.

Marc was helpful, patient, personable and not greedy with pricing. Elmer and his crew were a pleasant and very hard working crew. Elmer was approachable to any questions/concerns I had about the job so that was appreciated. Communication could be improved. Without any notice or message they just showed up one morning in October to do the roofing. An important email regarding my questions about gutters was not responded to for a month (when I asked Marc about this at the job site he said that they would return in the summer to install a repair). I will update this review if they do return. Some minor issues like 2 different styles of bath vents installed (1 plastic with a damper and 1 metal with no damper), some nails and screws leftover on driveway and had a minor water leak during the install. Overall I am quite satisfied with Peakmasters roofing work and would recommend them.

We heard a loud noise but couldn’t see anything wrong until putting laundry away in ensuite and found it! A large piece of ceiling in shower came down, bringing us to the conclusion it was result of heavy rain and wind. We needed to find a roofer to come find problem on roof. Marc pulled one of his crew from a job to come see what caused our problem. They were here within 24 hours and had the problem fixed. I was pleased they were able to do a repair and not the whole roof. If it does need it down the way, we will be calling Peakmasters to do it. Thanks to Marc and his crew for the quick response.

I highly recommend Peak Masters !!! Marc is very easy to talk to,honest with his quotes, picks up the phone right away and always has a big smile.. i had my roof changed last July of this year and i say that the quality and the craftsmanship of the roof is commendable. His Staff Elmer & crew is highly skilled, very courteous,respectful and always on time. I am very happy with my new roof specially now that is raining heavy and eventually snowing soon, I have nothing to worry about.

Peakmasters installed our new roof in July. We’ve had numerous renovations done to our house and Marc was one of the most friendly personable contractors I’ve ever encountered. His workers were polite and professional and they did an awesome job. The roof and new gutter look fantastic. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Peakmasters was by far the best roofing company to deal with. I had shopped around to get quotes from quite a few and end up going with them purely based on speaking with Marc. He was super friendly and much more pleasant to speak with than some of the other roofing companies that I called. His team was the same. Polite, pleasant and did an amazing job on my roof. I would highly recommend them.

We lost several shingles during a recent windstorm. Marc was extremely responsive, and dispatched Elmer his crew almost immediately. Repairs were done efficiently and professionally. Peakmasters will definitely be my go to for anything roof related moving forward. Thank you Marc and Elmer!
