Peak Carpentry and Deck

Peak Carpentry did an amazing job on reworking my two decks that had been repaired and cobbled together over the years by other people. Peak's owner, Brandon Helms gave me options for both basic repair and comprehensive work. He didn't pressure me to make a decision, but his details and advice did help me decide on exactly what needed to be done. Brandon was professional from the moment I met him. All proposed work was given to me in writing and Brandon did exactly what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it. My decks look beautiful and are so much sturdier than they were before. Hunter worked with Brandon on both decks. These two are so much more than "deck builders". They are true craftsmen and artists.

#4 ADDING EVEN MORE PRAISE FOR Brandon Helms and Hunter owners Peak. I have a ?: how can you tell a hairstylist is great? CONSISTENCY! Same with construction as I'm observing.My neighbor watched Brandon and Hunter build my deck and saw all that I mention earlier in this review; so, naturally, he hired Peak to do his. And it is exactly as superior as mine! Almost, yr later, Brandon is still the best!! Same work ethic, ( he's a strong as heck guy doing much himself), respect for HOA parking rules, clean-up, and the same sweet kind young man! Consistency is priceless!! #3 UPDATE AT THE FINISH LINE ( photos coming) Brandon Helms and his incredible team, Hunter, Kelly, Brandon #2 are finishing up. Ahead of schedule. They're now laying rock under my deck and not just throwing it down but beautifully. "FINISH " is the most important root of word "finishing" as carefully done finishes is what separates the well built beautiful work vs just average. We are now in day 3, and Brandon and his crew, Hunter, and Brandon #2, are one well oiled machine! The hermit in me is able to be alive and well as I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING, NOT ONE DARN THING! I've never, in 30 yrs of home ownership, experienced such professionalism while being courteous as they are respectful of my HOA neighbors re parking, my property, and as important, the project of my new long awaited, deck! My anxiety situation is NO ANXIETY! Stay tuned! #1 I'm still in planning decision making stage for replacing my deck; however, I've decided on Peak because of Brandon Helms. Yes, their reviews are excellent. But it's the way Brandon has: 1. On time to appt 2. Competent Assessment of my present sub structure 3. On time estimate with all of the options I requested from repair to complete rebuild. 4. Response time to emails 5. His patience in his responses are incredible as he receives my questions by acknowledging their importance to me and offers suggestions, etc. 6. And will include some basic concerns in our future contract which gives me confidence. Now, I once had a great experience initially on a large project and sad to say didn’t end well. But as with everything, sometimes one has to jump in and pray. I will with Peak.
