We were was devastated when our 13 year old English bulldog, Zeus, suddenly passed away. We found Peaceful Waters and they were so accommodating and we were able to bring him in right away. They covered his body during transport and gave us lots of time to say our goodbyes. His ashes were returned to us quickly. There were several options for urns but we weren’t pressed to buy from them. It was a very nice experience and we are so grateful we found them. Their prices weren’t that much more (if at all) to a fire cremation. We’d highly recommend going to Peaceful Waters.

Although we haven't completed the entire process from start to finish, I am very confident that this business will follow through without fail. My family's 17 year senior dog was treated with respect (as well as us) from the moment we e-mailed in the middle of the night. We received a response right away (they really are 24/7!) and was able to coordinate the process to get our baby girl's after death care in order. The facility was cozy and no one felt pushy (as we've previously experienced with other facilities). We recently lost our pup unexpectedly. It was very early on a Sunday morning. We didn’t know what to do. I texted the number and had a response within 30 minutes. We were able to bring him in that day, the appointment was within a couple hours. They met us outside and brought us to a private room from an external door. We were given as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They were so compassionate and amazing. We had our baby returned in less than a week. I highly recommend them when the time comes to say goodbye.

I lost my fur baby Onyx to the circle of life (coyotes). . In the most unexpected morning. And all I was able to find was one of his legs. I called Peaceful Water Aquamation and they immediately made my feelings feel seen and felt. It took us a couple days to be able to drop him off for cremation services, but since the moment we walked in the door the feeling of love and warmth was felt. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and did not make me feel rushed with my feelings that it made this awful experience great.

When our puppy passed away, we chose SV Pet Cemetery to help us with cremation. They managed to help us during this difficult time making it feel like a breeze, taking care of everything for us. We really had no idea what we wanted, and they provided options and guidance to help us decide, taking away some of the struggles of dealing with the situation. Incredibly kind and understanding at such difficult and traumatic moments for so many. We appreciated the private room where we were able to have an impromptu funeral for our big boi and the book about the rainbow bridge which we read out loud as part of our ceremony. We appreciated the extra attention given to making sure the plaque says exactly what we want it to say and ensuring correct spelling of our special boy's special name.
