Peace of mind mobile RV repair LLC

Had this mobile tech company contracted through Bish Fix work on my Brinkley trailer brakes that had blown seals. They replaced two of the brakes with incorrect manual brakes that were paired up with the two self adjusting brakes, which is highly dangerous. Only reason I know this is because I had no brakes after using my trailer when I finally moved it and took it to Bish when it felt like my truck was the only thing stopping the trailer. Upon their inspection they noted the two brakes they place had broke and damaged my hubs. The other two brakes has blown seals, which makes me believe they did not check those when the work was done. After contacting them about the faulty work they informed me that they would not honor their work and denied that they placed the incorrect brakes. Unfortunately for them they had sent me pictures of their work and the brakes match what was taken off. Highly suggest people not work with this company if they have concerns for their safety. Had to replace all four brakes because of their work, and could have been in a wreck due to lack of brakes. Below is pictures of the two they sent me and the two that were removed, as well as the original brakes the from the manufacturer. Don’t use them. Honestly not worth your safety or money.

Best company EVER! Came and fixed my trailer that I was misinformed from the seller when I bought it, but this company came right out and fixed it. Prorated the time for me to help with the expense since I am single and going through a divorce, so the $ was worth it! We called Peace of Mind JUST THIS MORNING because we're getting ready for a hunting trip. They came out within 2 hours, made the repair and charged a VERY reasonable amount. I am very pleased with my first business dealings with Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair. I needed them to come to my house where I have my RV so they could show me how to properly use the dump station that my husband had set up in our RV garage. He did all the routine RV maintenance, and since he recently passed away, I needed to understand what maintenance was critical and also to learn how to carry out routine upkeep on the RV. I also had noticed a regular beeping sound, but didn’t know where it was coming from. Chris found out it was the LPG detector and removed it, letting me know it was past its prime and needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the drain hose for the black and grey water tanks had a leak. And even more critical, he noticed a bulge in one of the 12-Volt batteries and recommended its replacement Chris was patient with all my questions and offered much needed information for areas that I didn’t even know what questions I should ask! I look forward to taking my RV to Peace of Mind’s business site to have the necessary work done when the parts are in, and I’m sure I will be a regular customer for routine maintenance in the future. It really gives me peace of mind to know experts are taking care of my RV! 5 stars to Chris and Peace of Mind!

Holiday Angels!! ---- A special thank you to Devin and Chris for identifying and fixing a potentially dangerous propane issue with our motorhome. Right before the busy holidays, Chris arrived on 20 minutes notice, properly tested and identified an issue with the refrigerator/propane. What an OUTSTANDING company! Called Devin on Thurs and had our patio awning motor replaced Saturday! Chris was a consummate pro and looking forward to Nicole getting our warranty claim processed quickly! Would STRONGLY reccomend these folks! Will NEVER go to Bish's again...

Chris did an awesome job. He came ahead of schedule, got right to work, and fixed the problems with my water heater. He also repaired my propane furnace and offered advice for maintenance and care of other features. He had informed views of everything that came up. I will use Peace of Mind on other repair needs in the future.

Our lead technician, Chris, was able to locate and repair our elusive electrical issue. Peace Of Mind Mobile RV Repair was the fourth shop we visited to determine the disconnect between our home battery and our generator. Wow, these guys came out and fixed our RV, super fast .. we needed a new motor for our AC and we had the roof re-sealed all within a matter of days!! They are also Reasonably priced. Thank you all .. It definitely gave us peace of mind heading south for the winter.

I have a fix placed trailer. A sky cover broke. My wife has smartly ordered me not to climb on roofs. I called Peace of mind. Devon was willing to spend message time when I learned I was not calling my broken part by the right name. Peace went to the trailer, put in the replacement part and then sent me a very reasonable bill that I gladly paid. Great fast repair with one of the nicest RV repair people you can find
